What Is Aqua Chimp?
Aqua Chimp is a new concept offering an overwater climbing adventure.
Aqua Chimp Kent is one of the largest Aqua Chimps in the world. Made up of 19 floating platforms to form a grid, with ropes and features hanging between them. This jungle of a ropes course consists of 28 different challenges for a variety of skill levels.
Our sister company is Clip n Climb Tonbridge and has been operating for 8 years, and is located within approx 15 minutes drive.
The starting points will offer different routes of mixed ability and these are all clearly marked on the course.
Blue - Easy
Red - Medium
Black - Hard
Access to the water is from a pontoon and it is only a short swim to the course. There are a number of entry points including a mix of access stairs or hanging ladders.
The challenges are set around 1.5 metres above the water, and do not worry if you have a wobble and fall in as you will then swim to an entry point and start another challenge.
At the end of the routes there are some great exit features including the monkey plank, rope swing, inflatable slide or monkey slide for an exhilarating exit in the water. If you get tired there is a hammock on the course and a floating platform on the water.
